Metamorfosi is my bachelor's thesis project developed to support children and parents upon arrival at kindergartens. The goal was to create a product system that eases this transition by transforming it into a playful, reassuring experience. The solution is a modular system inspired by giant construction, allowing children to assemble and reconfigure the elements according to their imagination. The key element is a rocking module, designed to be used by both children and adults as a shared moment of interaction. Each element is made of polyurethane foam in different densities. The modules incorporate geometric shapes that guide children in recognizing matching pieces, facilitating intuitive reassembly of the system into its closed configuration.
